Market Insights Analyst

As a Market Insights Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market research strategies that meet our clients' needs.

This involves conducting secondary research on large data sets from various sources, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform business decisions, and developing interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate in the fulfillment of consulting projects with a focus on global markets.
  • Conduct secondary research on large data sets from various sources.
  • Collaborate in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the development of financial models.
  • Clean, transform, and standardize complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and visualization tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the healthcare industry in roles related to market insights/analytics, product management, strategy consulting or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy (MPharm), Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and preferably speak other foreign languages.
  • Advanced degree (PhD) is a plus.
