We are seeking a highly analytical Business Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing business strategies to drive growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions. A bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map and document business processes across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Evaluate and test new technology platforms to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and SOPs for management and club-level communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, or ERP software preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.
