Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our day-to-day operations for accounts receivable and payable departments, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.

This role involves:

  • Oversight of Operations: Lead the accounts payable department and B2C revenue and AR, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • AR/O2C Process Ownership: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Analysis - Revenue and AR

  • Credit and Collections Policies: Implement and enforce effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Revenue Leakage Identification: Identify any potential revenue leakage, margin monitoring, etc. and implement processes to bridge gaps.

Reporting KPIs

  • Report Preparation: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Dashboard Publication: Publish various dashboards for management, including but not limited to ageing report, old provisioning, revenue, growth, cash flows, etc.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: CA with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup.
  • Big4 Preference: Candidates with Big4 experience will be preferred.
  • IFRS/Ind-AS Requirement: Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is a must.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality required.
