We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for our global marketing organization.

The successful candidate will analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies.

This role requires the ability to present financial performance and trends to stakeholders, work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba, and drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows.

To be considered for this position, you should have 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is also required, as well as hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

A strong communication skillset to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences is essential. Additionally, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are necessary qualities for this role.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred). Knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations is also an asset.

Bonus points for previous experience working with financial data in a fast-paced environment.

The interview process consists of three rounds: Round 1 - Manager, Round 2 - Senior Manager, and Final Round.
