Job Title: Senior Art Director 

The Senior Art Director role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the creative team, overseeing the entire creative output of the agency.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in design, preferably with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences, collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams.

You will also be responsible for developing and refining brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have a strong sense of typography, color, and layout, and will be able to translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
