Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs for various platforms, including social media and eCommerce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, social media ads, and digital marketing assets. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Create and manage visual content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.
  • Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, while contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Creative Design: Develop visually appealing designs for various platforms, including social media and eCommerce.
  2. User Experience: Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform.
  3. Project Management: Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
