We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Loan Closing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all loans are processed and closed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and ensure that all loans are worked appropriately within required regulatory and SLA timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mortgage closers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Ensure all loans are worked appropriately, within required regulatory and SLA timeframes, and documented properly.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor pipeline to ensure SLA metrics are met each day, loans are closed and funded on time, and closing disclosures (CDs) are accurate and within compliance.
- Communicate changes to team members and ensure they have a clear understanding of job requirements and updates to loan requirements.
- Address personnel issues with guidance from Unit Leader and Human Excellence team.
