Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Role Summary

Our organization is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based systems that meet the organization's needs.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's cloud strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP platforms;
  2. Develop and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies;
  3. Maintain and optimize existing cloud-based systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cloud adoption and migration;
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on cloud-related matters;
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and advise the organization on potential implementation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS/Azure/GCP platforms;
  • Strong expertise in cloud architecture, migration, and deployment;
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++;
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Azure Developer Associate;
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage;
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance regulations.
