About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Strategic Project Lead to drive innovation and growth within our organisation.

This is a dynamic role that requires comfort with ambiguity, strong execution skills, and collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end project plans: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform recommendations on initiative scaling, iteration, or sunset.
  • Capture and share learnings through documentation and frameworks.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
  • Provide structured problem-solving and strategic input to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel and SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
