ServiceNow Platform Leadership Role

As a seasoned platform manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization. With a strong background in ServiceNow platform management, you will define the vision, drive adoption, and deliver value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Ownership: Define the roadmap, backlog, and product vision for ServiceNow.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish policies for development, upgrades, and integrations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with ServiceNow and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to optimize relationships and drive results.
  • Financial Acumen: Optimize license utilization, manage budgets, and measure ROI to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Data & Reporting: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and success measures to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the platform supports organizational goals, such as digital transformation, by defining and delivering against key objectives.

With at least 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager/Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform, you will excel in this challenging position.
