Job Title:

Senior Product Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned product engineer with expertise in mechanical engineering to lead our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and sustaining complex products with 6-10 years of experience.
  • They should be skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Strong technical skills in CAD software, such as Creo or SolidWorks, and knowledge of ASME standards are required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, like Windchill or Agile PDM, is a plus.
  • The successful applicant will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in CAD design, drafting, and modeling, with hands-on experience in PLM/PDM preferably Windchill.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical device experience.
  • Knowledge of electronics, cable, connectors, PCBA manufacturing methods.
  • Experience in concept development & prototyping.
  • DFMEA, PFMEA, and design control procedures.
  • Project management skills to develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones.
