Job Overview

As a recognized market leader, we're seeking an exceptional product designer to shape the future of AI-driven solutions. You will define the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into our platform, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to create best-in-class experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design process for AI-powered features, defining user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You'll supervise/mentor other product designers, contributing to a collaborative environment where you can sharpen your skills and expand your design acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-centered design strategies for AI-powered features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and mentor junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
  • Lead the creation of frameworks and patterns for consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, preferably with AI product experience.
  • Experience with designing systems that connect individual data visualizations to create a coherent end-to-end experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like Bolt.
