UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centred digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to work on a variety of projects, from web and mobile applications to complex software systems.

  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. User Experience Design: Define clear design solutions through user research, personas, and user journeys.
  2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  3. Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  5. Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • A strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • The ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
