Job Title: Strategic Initiative Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Initiative Manager to lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as well as expertise in utilizing tools like value stream mapping, Powerpoint, Visio, and Tableau for effective data visualization.
  • This role requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, address critical needs, and solve complex problems using PPM expertise.
  • Lead phase gate reviews, milestone deliveries, and technology roadmap formation to ensure alignment on organizational strategy and roadmap.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Understand large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
