Job Description

- Define and implement enterprise-wide architecture strategies, standards, and frameworks.

- Lead the design and optimisation of technology systems to support business goals in the metal industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and processes.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams across the organisation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all architectural designs.

- Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise architecture policies and procedures.

- Monitor and improve the performance of technology systems in alignment with industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Enterprise Architect should have:

- 15+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing domain (mandatory)

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.

- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry

- Expertise in using enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
