Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our process automation efforts. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to design, implement, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end process automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs and user requirements.
  • Support the initial setup of Appian in both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Understand and work with Appian architecture, engines, and servers.
  • Configure SSO using SAML and set up Appian with client VPN.
  • Work with third-party integration services (REST/SOAP) and coordinate with application support teams during solution development, deployment, and support.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and support entire solutions across all components.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of IT experience with 2+ years of recent experience as an Appian architect.
  • 2+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration, including forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components.
  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
  • 1+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with users to gather and refine requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
  • Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Appian plugins, smart-services, functions, UI components, and Connect System.
