We are seeking a seasoned Process Automation Expert to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge solutions across our organization. As an Appian Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive process automation strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in solution delivery, collaborating with clients and technology partners to ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of recent experience as an Appian architect.
  • 2+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration, including forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components.
  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
  • 1+ year of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users to gather and refine requirements.
  • Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Appian Plugins, Smart-services, and functions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong technical expertise in Appian architecture, engines, and servers.
  • Ability to set up SSO using SAML and Appian with client VPN.
  • Experience working with third-party integration services (REST/SOAP).
  • Coordinating with application support teams during solution development, deployment, and support.
  • Test quality, troubleshoots, and supports an entire solution, across all components.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Ability to contribute within the Persistent delivery unit as a technology enabler and mentor.
