Enhance Customer Experience as a Retail Trainer

As a retail trainer, you play a vital role in delivering and implementing training programs across stores to ensure exceptional customer experience.

This position involves conducting engaging workshops, implementing role-playing exercises, and providing real-time feedback to employees to improve performance.

You will work closely with store managers and champions to onboard new hires effectively, assist in leadership development, and track training effectiveness using KPIs such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective training sessions on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Develop frontline employees and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Strong ability to engage and inspire retail associates at different skill levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
