Property Investment Strategist

This role involves driving the development and implementation of property investment models in collaboration with market players to optimize returns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively negotiate with local stakeholders and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement property investment models together with market players to maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders and government agencies to secure support for expansion projects.
  • Establish regular communications with all business owners, including local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering representatives.
  • Negotiate contracts with landlords and escalate any issues beyond routine activities.
  • Optimize fixed costs by implementing new management practices and reducing building-related expenses.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property investment and development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with local stakeholders and government agencies.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
