Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

The Role: As a seasoned legal professional, you will drive the company's legal strategy and execution across key jurisdictions. This includes contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. You will be expected to be business-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with hospitals, vendors, distributors, and partners (India + US)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and the DPDP Act, as well as medical device regulations
- Manage corporate governance, secretarial responsibilities, and board policies
- Support legal due diligence for fundraising, partnerships, and transactions
- Identify risks, design internal controls, and implement compliance policies (data protection, whistleblower, code of conduct, etc.)
- Provide legal training and awareness to internal teams (sales, operations, customer success)

Requirements:
- Experience: 7–10 years of legal experience (healthcare, SaaS, technology, or startups preferred)
- Qualification: LLB or equivalent (LLM or CS is a plus)

Skills:
- Strong contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare, IT, data protection, and cross-border compliance
- Ability to simplify legal concepts for business teams
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
