Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the principles of design and can apply them across their work.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of visual fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. They should be confident working in Figma and Illustrator, or other tools that help bring ideas to life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Design for events and print, from trade show booths to details that shape the offline experience.
  • Work with marketing across campaigns, social, advertising, and collateral.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Develop the visual part of case studies to showcase product and engineering work.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of the design process and visual fundamentals.
  • Confidence working in Figma and Illustrator, or other tools that help bring ideas to life.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • A portfolio that showcases range across brands, products, and motion.
  • The ability to take a loose brief or abstract idea and turn it into something clear and usable.
