Chief Cybersecurity Training Officer

The organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the development and execution of cybersecurity training programs within a Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CSCoE).
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development:
- Create engaging and relevant curriculum for cyber security capacity building.
- Collaborate with industry experts and academia to develop cutting-edge training materials.
- Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop a strategic vision for the Cyber Academy, aligning it with overall goals of the Cyber Security CoE.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive cyber security training roadmap.
- Training Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality cyber security training courses, workshops, and certifications.
Mandatory qualifications include a degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, or MBA (Technology Management).
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing teams of instructional designers, trainers, and support staff.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps.
- Designing and executing capacity building initiatives.
