SAP FICO Senior Consultant

As a seasoned SAP FICO senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by delivering expert financial and controlling solutions to meet the needs of global organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-level expertise on SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration with business processes across various industries.
  2. Offer on-demand support to teams and partners, focusing on data center administration, database management, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  3. Manage solution issues escalated to the Global Support team, ensuring timely response, resolution, and follow-up.
  4. Analyze release content and recommend optimal testing strategies.
  5. Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factories for proper release validation.
  6. Analyze, challenge, validate, and recommend actions for improvement in your area of expertise.
  7. Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders for problem-solving and enhancement.
  8. Support deployments, including scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, and transition to AM.
  9. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial and Controlling Processes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
  • Comprehensive understanding of FI, G/L, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, Closing, and Reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing, CO-Profitability Analysis, and CO-Profit Center Accounting.
  • Proven experience in Financial Month-end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Intercompany Reconciliation Process.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4H 1709/1809/1909, Simple Finance/Central Finance, and Fiori Apps is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
