PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within SAP Adoption Service Centre, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Associate Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric cloud development projects in the area of SAP DM, SAP APM & SAP FSM.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Business Process Consultant/Senior Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Supply Chain Cloud Application like SAP DM, SAP APM and SAP FSM solutions tailored to manufacturing business needs.
• Leverage Cloud Application Programming (CAP) to build scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Develop and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications to create intuitive user experiences for manufacturing operations.
• Utilize Java programming skills to extend SAP DMC functionalities and develop custom microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to develop cloud-native applications.
• Stay updated with SAP's latest innovations in Digital Manufacturing, UI5, and Cloud Application Programming.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) or SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and cloud-based development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP UI5/Fiori development, including SAP BTP integration.
• Proficiency in Java programming, preferably for developing custom microservices in a cloud environment.
• Deep understanding of SAP DMC architecture, APIs, and extensibility frameworks.
• Experience in RESTful APIs, OData services, and event-driven architecture within SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services such as SAP Business Application Studio, Kyma, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and cloud-based development
• Must have participated in at least 1-2 end-to-end cloud development implementation projects
• Must have experience in any of the programming skills like CAP Model, SAP UI5, Java, and NodeJS
• Process knowledge from the Discrete Manufacturing and/or Process Industry is a plus
