Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Memory Layout Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will design and optimize custom memories, including SRAM and Register Files. You will work closely with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize the layout of leaf cell level and top-level custom memories
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to understand schematics and translate them into optimized layouts
  • Apply knowledge of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints to ensure efficient and reliable designs
  • Debug physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR
Requirements
  • Scripting experience in SKILL, Python, or TCL
  • Experience with high-performance and low-power memory layout optimization techniques
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in memory layout design
