Treasury Operations Manager

The primary focus of this role is to manage the company's financial resources, ensuring adequate liquidity and optimizing returns on surplus funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Liquidity Position: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
  • Payment Planning: Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
  • Banking Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
  • Investment Strategy: Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Fund Utilization: Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
  • Background: Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
