Job Title: Cable Production Manager

Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cable production manager to lead our team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cable production management, including planning and problem-solving.
  • Leadership and managerial skills, with expertise in electrical schematic drawings and PLC logical drawings.
  • Good understanding of statistical techniques, TQM, and 5S principles.
  • Coordination with senior management and other departments for decision-making and activity planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cable manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cable production processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience with statistical software and data analysis.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and certifications such as ISO 9001.
  • Fluency in English language.
