Operations Manager for Cable Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the production and manufacturing processes in our cable manufacturing industry. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of installation and commissioning of machines used in SMT/Molding/Cable manufacturing/Pneumatic Machines
- Experience in machine selection, product design and development
- Technical expertise on raw materials selection such as cable and connector used for cable assembly manufacturing
- Knowledge of cable testing, tester selection and spares selection
- Ability to prepare process and facility layout
- Production planning including maintaining WIP tracker and inventory control
- Knowledge of machine process & setup
- Efficiency to trouble shoot equipment
- Knowledge of calibration of equipments
- Involving in machine preventive maintenance activities
