Job Title: Audio Visual Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio visual equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of audio visual equipment, including audio and video conferencing systems, distributed audio, digital signage, control systems, and presentation systems.
- Perform structured cabling tasks, including pulling, terminating, and testing cat5e/6, video, RGB, HDMI, DVI, and audio cables.
- Manage inventory levels and address product returns and defective on arrival issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal users to ensure seamless event operations.
- Provide technical support for high-profile events, troubleshoot issues, and perform pre-event checks.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to think and work independently, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate activities with other personnel.
- Strong understanding of wiring, termination skills, and proper installation techniques for AV equipment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Varying certifications.
