  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a commitment to quality client services.
  • A self-starter with high-performance achievements, who has led project tasks and delivered cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in Economics (with a focus on macroeconomics or international economics), Development Studies, Public Policy, or Social Sciences (with an emphasis on donor funding and international cooperation).
