As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead and manage our design studio to develop innovative interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior designs through collaboration with the design team.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Clearly communicate design intent to clients and present design ideas effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • A portfolio showcasing executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
