We are seeking a visionary Interior Design Leader to shape the nation's landmark spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of professional interior design experience and expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and rendering engines.

They should have exceptional skills in space planning, a deep understanding of building codes, and a strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.

A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the interior design process from initial concept to final execution, translating client needs into compelling, functional spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop comprehensive design schemes including expert space planning material selection and FF&E specifications.
  • Create detailed 2D construction drawings stunning 3D models and photorealistic renderings to masterfully present their vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with architects MEP consultants vendors and project managers to ensure a perfect integration of design and technical requirements.
  • Manage client relationships by confidently presenting ideas gathering feedback and ensuring client objectives are met with excellence.
