Enterprise Networking Visionary

This strategic role combines technical leadership with commercial acumen and delivery expertise. We seek a senior Enterprise Networking professional to drive our global practice, serving diverse international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Strategy & Governance
    • Develop and execute the global Enterprise Networking strategy, encompassing offers, pricing, delivery models, tooling, accelerators, and best practices.
    • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, margin, utilization, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
    • Build capabilities and career paths for a 20-member team, focusing on certifications, cross-skilling, and talent development.
  • Client Engagement & Solutioning (Pre-sales → Delivery)
    • Lead discovery, assessments, and workshops; shape solutions and own high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD).
    • Produce statements of work (SoWs), bills of materials (BoMs), ROM/T-shirt sizing, delivery plans, and migration strategies; support RFP/RFI responses and executive presentations.
    • Serve as the executive technical sponsor for strategic accounts; align solutions to business outcomes, risk management, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Program Delivery & Excellence
    • Govern multi-tower, multi-region programs with formal project management office (PMO) rigor.
    • Establish delivery standards for design reviews, change/migration windows, rollback plans, and acceptance criteria.
    • Drive incident/problem management excellence and handover to operations with runbooks and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Architecture, Design & Quality
    • Author/review HLDs (reference architectures, segmentation, QoS, routing, security, availability) and LLDs (config templates, addressing/VLAN plans, device-level parameters, Visio diagrams).
    • Champion Cisco and Aruba best practices across software-defined architecture (SDA)/DNA Center, ISE, ACI/APIC, Aruba Central/AirWave, ClearPass, and SD-Access/SDN frameworks.
    • Design secure edge patterns leveraging zero-trust network access (ZTNA) and software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN); integrate with identity, endpoint, and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tooling.
    • Define test plans (proof of concept/pilot), performance benchmarks, and success criteria.
  • People Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage ~20 engineers/architects; oversee hiring, workforce planning, and vendor/partner coordination.
    • Foster a culture of documentation, automation, and continuous improvement.
