Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering business intelligence reporting solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of database systems, data management concepts, and data governance principles. They will also be able to develop complex worksheets and interactive dashboards using Tableau (or similar BI tools) to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery and implementation of business intelligence reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of database systems, data management concepts, and data governance principles.
  • Develop complex worksheets and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
  • Manage user administration, user groups, and scheduled report instances within Tableau.
  • Communicate complex data and BI concepts clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support BI initiatives and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of databases, SQL, and data management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
