  • You will engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries.
  • You will understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit.
  • You will pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance.
  • You will build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
  • You will own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred).
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus).
  • Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for learner success.
