Technical Project Manager Role

We seek an innovative and strategic Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge GenAI and autonomous-process programs. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that empowers businesses to thrive in a digital-first world.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end project delivery, including translating business goals into scalable technical roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions, as well as building and maintaining detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.

Additional duties involve driving discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities, partnering with solution architects to select models and prompt-engineering patterns, and overseeing development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will champion secure-by-design practices and ensure model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance. They will also establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards, manage vendor contracts, mentor scrum teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models and prompt-engineering patterns.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices and ensure model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets.
  • Mentor scrum teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
