Job Description

As a Senior Development Chemist, you will be responsible for planning and executing development batches with precision and efficiency.

You will take full ownership of product analysis, including CDP (Chemical Development Project), AMV (Apparent Molecular Weight), PV (Peroxide Value), and other essential parameters.

Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.

  • Develop and implement efficient methods for chemical synthesis and analysis.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.

Additionally, you will:

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues in the development process.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in chemical development and analytical techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • A proactive leadership style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
