Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow professional to manage and support our Servicenow platform, ensuring seamless upgrades, monitoring performance, maintaining security, and enforcing governance standards.

This role involves collaborating with IT teams, providing user support, and documenting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in Servicenow administration, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

The selected individual will have strong knowledge of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, user management, configuration, and troubleshooting.

In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field
  • At least 5 years of Servicenow administration experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
