Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our team in reimagining human-computer interaction through conscious technology.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Blends visual creativity with precision and technical expertise
  • Thrives on turning ideas into elegant, emotionally rich digital interfaces that delight users

Our design-first product team is building a mission-driven platform to craft world-class visuals, interactions, and systems. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and elevate the overall visual experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into high-fidelity, visually compelling UI designs for web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of functionality and visuals
  • Build and maintain tokenized design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries to enhance the overall visual experience

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant UI across mobile and web

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in motion design, micro interactions, or animation
  • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines
  • Experience in AI-enhanced interfaces or use of tools like Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI
