Job Title: Mechanical Elevator Traffic Analyst

Industry: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Technical Consulting, Manufacturing, Industrial Design.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Elevator Traffic Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting elevator traffic analysis using software to ensure design requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough elevator traffic analysis using industry-standard software.
  2. Preparing and presenting detailed traffic analysis reports to clients.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  4. Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Participating in design review meetings and workshops to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  6. Developing and maintaining civil dimension matrices for lift configurations to ensure vendor conformity.
  7. Preparing and presenting design brief reports to clients.
  8. Coordinating with drafting teams for tender drawing submissions.
  9. Supporting clients during vendor discussions and specification management.
  10. Coordinating with drafting teams, clients, and vendors for GAD approval.
  11. Maintaining accurate performance data records.
  12. Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  13. Verifying all project stage completion documents before proceeding to the next stage.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in elevator industry, preferably with software proficiency.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  6. Proactive and eager to learn with a focus on continuous improvement.
