International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer care representative to join our team in an international voice process role.

This position involves effective coordination with Australian customers and stakeholders, as well as fiber order management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and experience in B2B and B2C international customer service domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Responsibilities include order and contract creation, follow-up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Maintain 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
  • Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per agreed processes.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls and effective written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in international call center operations (Australian English).
  • Order management knowledge is preferred.
