Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations. This includes data management, project processing, analysis, market research, and finance and accounting tasks.

We are looking for an individual who is quick and efficient, able to provide prompt support to our front-office team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gathering, compiling, and organizing data to support business operations, maintaining policies to ensure high levels of support to team members, and recording legal compliance.
  • Project Processing: Overseeing orders, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, monitoring project timelines, and organizing team members' tasks to achieve integrated work results.
  • Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of business environments, sharing findings with senior management, and building readiness for future decisions.
  • Market Research: Conducting studies to examine consumer opinions and purchasing preferences, creating reports based on research findings, and providing recommendations to top management.
  • Finance and Accounting: Managing company finances and accounts, creating invoices, writing checks, preparing bills, issuing receipts, and conducting audits and examinations of debtor and supplier accounts.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
