Credit Risk Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization's lending process. The individual will be responsible for managing credit underwriting functions, evaluating financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit underwriting function for corporate realty and funding group business
  • Conduct periodic review of policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure updation based on external environment, organizational needs, and regulatory framework
  • Evaluate financial status of borrower and assess credit worthiness by analyzing balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statements, and annual reports
  • Analyze legal, compliance, and market-risk-related issues involved in lending process
  • Ensure collection of post-disbursal documents and reduction in partly disbursed cases
  • Approve disbursement requests based on achieved adherence to requirements on LTV, agreement value, full documentation attainment at branch level
  • Manage credit buying process which monitors turnarounds, approvals, review of samples including quality checks on process
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit/NHB regulations as well as processes, policies, and reports as per company designed systems
