Electrical Installation Specialist

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Installation Specialist to oversee the installation process at customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the installation progress, identifying and addressing deviations from standard operating procedures, and escalating any issues to management in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site visits to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols
- Minimize error rates by ensuring seamless installation processes
- Identify and address any deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
- Maintain accurate records of errors noticed and present relevant metrics
- Escalate identified issues and provide structured resolutions
Qualifications:
- Hold a B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering
- Ideal experience: 0-2 years in the electrical industry or a related field
- Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
