Job OverviewThe Technical Service Director will oversee the service strategy and operations for our Lithium-Ion Battery products, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise in lithium-ion batteries, solar energy solutions, and inverter systems, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Service Strategy & Operations:
- Define and implement service strategies for Lithium-Ion Batteries, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and warranty management.
- Ensure efficient service operations for lithium-ion batteries in solar and inverter systems, reducing downtime and increasing system uptime.
- Customer Support & Satisfaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting for Lithium-Ion Battery products.
- Resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge:
- Responsible for providing in-depth technical support and guidance on Lithium-Ion Battery products, including system diagnostics, battery management, performance issues, and failure analysis.
- Lead the investigation of technical problems and implementations of corrective actions, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, renewable energy, or a related field. A master's degree in the said field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7+ years of technical experience in Lithium-Ion Batteries and battery packs.
- Strong technical knowledge of Lithium-Ion Battery Technology, solar systems, inverters, and energy storage systems.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a technical service environment.
