
Optimizing Marketing Channels for Business Growth

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. As a key member of our team, you will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Has handled a significant performance marketing budget.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta and other channels).
