Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Manager

The role of a CDP Product Manager is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of a clear product roadmap, ensuring seamless data quality and governance, and empowering cross-functional teams to leverage unified customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.

  • Data Activation: Ensure unified customer data is activated and made accessible across the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review product metrics and model performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather use cases and needs, ensuring that products are developed to meet customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Product Management Experience: Strong background in product management, particularly with technical products.
  • Data & Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data concepts, APIs, SQL, schemas, and data engineering.
  • Business Understanding: Ability to understand business objectives and connect them to CDP functionality.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to turn vague ideas into concrete product specifications.
