The Challenge
The Information Security Risk Management team at Take-Two is seeking a highly skilled leader to manage and guide the team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT risk management, IT governance, or internal audit. They will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating risk analysts to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate internal and external information security risks.
What You'll Take On
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the IT department and labels to support information security audit requests.
- Assist in defining business processes and controls for vendor risk management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security, privacy, and regulatory concerns.
