Job Title: Information Security Risk Analyst

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within our technology processes. You'll work closely with our business units, functional areas, and geographies to ensure that our risk management practices are aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide additional identification of risks throughout business processes and systems
  • Facilitate risk assessments and performance in addition to further assessments and testing programs
  • Manage control monitoring and communicate key operational risk trends to senior management
  • Proactively identify areas of high-risk for intervention and conduct independent quality assurance and process testing
  • Compile thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights on risk levels, emerging trends, and root causes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
  • Experience in operational risk management and understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
  • Excellent qualitative analytical skills, project management skills, and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in process governance and establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes
