Oracle HCM Consultant

As a specialist in Oracle HCM solutions, you will play a key role in the implementation and management of these systems across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, user guides, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
